During the sales or promotion period, shipments may require longer than usual processing times, which in any case do not exceed seven (7) working days from the date of receipt of payment and / or from the order confirmation.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Customers have a legal right to return goods without the application of any penalty within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products purchased. The customer can only be charged in case of a cash on delivery payment for a credit insurance, unless the seller had explicitly exempted such charges at the moment of purchase and on condition that the customer had chosen the same courier designated in the withdrawal form.
In the latter case, the customer won’t have to pay any return shipping fees directly as the same amount estimated for the standard shipping cost will be deducted from the refund by the seller.
A return shipping cost will be applied when a different courier is selected.
To request a refund, the customer will have to access the personal area, go to "order details" and select the items to be returned, specifying reasons for the return in the comments.
By clicking on "request a refund" the customer agrees to www.iaforte.com terms & conditions, notifying the seller of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, pursuant Art.49 of the consumer code.
After submitting the refund request, iaforte.com will send a confirmation email and start processing the refund by sending a text message with all the information needed. Upon receiving the email, the customer will be able to download and print the relevant return authorization form to place inside the parcel along with the items to return.
If a customer made a purchase and checked out as a guest, in order to exercise the right of withdrawal, he/she will have to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to authorize the processing of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
Upon receiving authorization, the seller will then be able to register the customer by sending an email containing an automatically generated password that will grant access to the personal area, from which the customer can initiate the returning process.
In order to be accepted a return request is required to comply with the aforementioned guidelines; the customer cannot submit multiple return requests for a single order: all the unwanted goods will have to be shipped together and at the same time.
The customer has to return the items within 14 days from the date the seller has been notified (as set out in Art. 57 DLgs 206/2005), using the preprinted return label enclosed with the package or received via email. The customer will have to contact the customer care service to arrange a home collection of the unwanted goods according to the courier’s instructions. All the items should be returned in the same condition in which they were received and in their undamaged packaging, otherwise the return will not be processed.
